From December 11 to 15, 2017, under the organization of the Infrastructure Department of Southwest Air Traffic Control Bureau, the infrastructure project management personnel of Southwest Air Traffic Control Bureau and its branches conducted a five-day project management training in Chengdu. The on-site supervisors of Southwest resident office of our company were invited to participate in the training, and the project director gave lectures as a lecturer in the training.

In the course of teaching, the chief project supervision engineer of our company gave a lecture on the theme of "difficulties and Countermeasures of air traffic control engineering supervision", based on the practice of air traffic control engineering supervision, analyzed the characteristics of air traffic control engineering project construction, the key points and difficulties of supervision practically, and proposed targeted improvement measures and control methods for the difficulties of supervision.
